Designed for use in fire and smoke-resistant timber doorsets, these intumescent seals help maintain the integrity of doors and frames in the event of a fire. Manufactured from intercalated graphite, the seal expands when exposed to heat, helping to restrict the passage of fire and smoke. Featuring a self-adhesive backing for quick installation, the seal can be fitted to door edges and frames using either the adhesive strip or a friction-fit method.
